Embutidos Los Remedios is a family business founded in 1982 in Serón, Almería, by the daughters of a local family, along with their husbands and sons. The company has passed on its knowledge and production techniques to subsequent generations, maintaining tradition and adapting new technologies. Production benefits from the local climatic conditions and local experience in meat processing since the 16th century.

The company offers a wide variety of sausages and artisanal meat products, including sobrasada (including varieties such as sobrasada with honey and spicy sobrasada), Serón blood sausage, Serón chorizo, salchichón, blanquillo, butifarra (sausage), chistorra (chistorra sausage), hams and shoulders, morcón (morcón sausage), longaniza (longaniza sausage), fuet (sausage), pork cheese, and Serón stuffing. Among its most notable products are sobrasada with honey, Serón blood sausage, and Serón chorizo.
