Señora Julia is something more than a commercial brand, it is the compendium of a whole life dedicated to work in the high lands of her Riojan town of Viguera. It was the carrier and the transmitter of the "artisanal secrets" used in the modern factory of Embutidos Señora Julia, and the biggest promoter of its foundation, having instilled in its heirs its love of work, the spirit of daily improvement and the eagerness to serve their customers and friends. The wide range of products that we currently develop in Embutidos Señora Julia, is made by putting our effort in maintaining every day the purest and most traditional tradition, faithful to the maxim that has conveyed to us the love of things well done. In the careful manufacturing processes, only the most modern technology has been included, together with the best raw material. La Rioja is a land with a strong tradition of processed meat. Its settlement, climate and its ancient elaboration secrets make La Riojan sausages have a peculiar flavor. The excellences of the good sausage must begin with select ingredients. In Embutidos Señora Julia, we have assumed that commitment and by offering the products we produce, we guarantee a level of quality and selection that will satisfy the most demanding and refined palate.


History
The company was born in Viguera, La Rioja, from the passion and legacy of Mrs. Julia, who learned the art of sausage making from her ancestors. She began in a bakery and a restaurant, passing her knowledge on to her children. Over time, this knowledge became the foundation of the family business, which has evolved by integrating technology to ensure quality while maintaining its artisanal essence. Today, several generations have continued the legacy, positioning the company as one of the leading producers of artisanal sausages in the region.


Product types
The company offers a variety of artisanal cured meats, including extra chorizo, cured loin, and extra cular salchichón. All its products are 100% natural, gluten- and lactose-free, and made following traditional Riojan recipes.
