Enboca is dedicated to the production and marketing of organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), controlling the entire process from cultivation on its own farm to direct sale to the consumer, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and transparency.
History
Enboca was born from the initiative of two friends, Dani Puchades and Eduardo Ruiz, who share a passion for creating authentic, high-quality olive oil. The project began at the Santa Concha estate, where they championed organic farming and respect for the land. Their journey is characterized by a commitment to sustainability, innovation in harvesting and production processes, and the creation of a community around the culture of EVOO.
Product types
The company primarily offers organic Picual extra virgin olive oil in various editions and formats: Early Harvest (harvested at night in October, with an intense and fresh profile), Selection Harvest (harvested at dawn in November, with a balanced and versatile profile), and Reserve Harvest (a personalized pre-reservation system). Formats include 250 ml, 500 ml, and 750 ml glass bottles, as well as larger PET and can containers. Particularly noteworthy are its signature, organic, and limited-edition oils.
Mission
Enboca's mission is to create a high-quality organic EVOO that respects the land and promotes conscious and sustainable consumption. Its long-term goal is to contribute to education about olive oil culture, promote responsible agricultural practices, and ensure transparency and traceability throughout the process, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals.
