The Angulo family has been involved in cheesemaking since 1915, beginning with the marketing of fresh Burgos cheese. In the 1960s, they founded the Quesos Angulo factory, establishing itself as a benchmark for Castilian cheeses in Spain. Today, the fourth generation continues the tradition, combining artisanal methods with technological innovation.
