FORN COMTAL

Founded in 1940 in the medieval village of Besalú, the company began as a pastry shop and, after three generations, has established itself as an artisan workshop with more than 75 years of experience.

It offers a variety of pastries, including carquiñolis (including variations such as carquiñoli with raisins and carquiñoli with chocolate), assorted pastries, lamb pastries, fritters, Cuban pastries, sugar puff pastry, paladares, panellets, toffee pastries, pastries, and almond pastries.
