The company was founded by Youness Cherdoud and Gabriel Benlolo with the goal of expanding from Morocco to Europe. After establishing themselves in Morocco with Vital Frozen, a leader in the avocado fruit and vegetable sector, they decided to establish Fruits Exporter Vital SL in Spain, acquiring facilities in Malaga to operate year-round. The Moroccan subsidiary has a large production capacity and several of its own farms, which has allowed it to progressively increase its production and export volumes.

The company primarily offers avocados and mangoes in different varieties and formats. Highlights include the Greeny Queen Avocado 4 kg, the Mixed Avocado and Mango Box 4 kg, and the Greeny Queen Mango 4 kg. They also sell avocado varieties such as Hass, Fuerte, Bacon, and Lamb Hass, and mango varieties such as Osteen, Palmer, Keitt, and Kent.
