The company is family-run and has over 30 years of livestock farming tradition in the municipality of Salas, Asturias. Its origins date back to the second half of the 20th century, when Ramón, the founder, after working in the restaurant business in Madrid, returned to Asturias and founded Casa Ramón Restaurant in Oviedo, combining hospitality with livestock farming. Over the years, the company has maintained its livestock farming tradition and incorporated sustainable and animal welfare practices.
Product types
It offers fresh beef and pork products, such as sirloin, chops, entrecote, tapas meat, rump steak, shank, oxtail, and hamburgers. It also produces sausages such as chorizo, blood sausage, salchichón, bacon, minced pork, and Asturian fabada (bean stew) packs, as well as prepared stews such as Asturian fabada (bean stew), Asturian stew, and stewed meat.
