Aima was founded in Castellón in 1997, focusing its activity on the production of rosquilletas, a typical product of the Valencian Community. After more than 40 years of experience in the bakery sector, the company established itself as a leading brand in terms of sales and quality in Castellón in 2005. It subsequently expanded its distribution network from local to regional and, since 2007, nationwide.

The company offers a wide variety of artisanal rosquilletas in different flavors and formats, including lightly salted, whole wheat, unsalted, paprika, nuts, cheese, and chocolate. It also sells derivative products such as "Aimitos," small rosquilleta squares, and versions with sunflower seeds. Highlights include rosquilletas with chocolate chips, whole wheat rosquilletas, rosquilletas with nuts, rosquilletas with cheese, and aimitos.
