Founded in 1940 by David García Sirvent and Elvira Miquel Miquel, the company began operating in Catalonia after emigrating from Xixona. Over three generations, the family has maintained the tradition and connection with Xixona, producing artisanal nougats with Designation of Origin and Protected Geographical Indications (PGI) certifications. Today, the third generation continues the family legacy, combining passion, tradition, and a commitment to quality.
