Variety: Prieto Picudo and Tempranillo from our vineyards. Soil type: Clay loam. Production: Maceration at a controlled temperature for 5-6 hours, followed by pressing and settling. Fermentation at a controlled temperature. Tasting Notes: Raspberry red color. Its fruity aromas, typical of the variety, such as strawberry and raspberry, stand out. On the palate, this is a dry, balanced, and persistent wine. Pairs well with: rice, pasta, and mild meats.
