25 YEARS OF TRUST TASTE AND QUALITY The company emerged in 1984 to market live snails from land and it was the market itself that six years later suggested starting a somewhat riskier adventure, forming the current business located in Lorca and known as Helifrusa. Since its foundation until today, led by its second generation, it has always been committed to: The quality in their products and in all their elaboration processes. The food security. History
Helifrusa is a pioneer in the production of frozen and sauced snails, and has been cooking snails since 1990. It has developed its own production process and has earned quality certifications and recognitions such as the Murcia Region Craftsmanship Seal and the Innovative SME Seal.


Product types
It offers cooked and prepared snails in various presentations: chilled, frozen, and in sauces. It primarily sells three varieties of snails: Cabrilla (Otala lactea), Blanquillo (Theba pisana), and Burgao (Helix aspersa). The products are presented in trays, cubes, and bags, ready to eat or cook.


Mission
The company's goal is to make it easy for its customers to consume snails cooked in a traditional and artisanal way, maintaining the quality and authenticity of home cooking while adapting to today's needs for convenience and speed.
