History
The company has a family tradition of distilling that dates back to its maternal great-grandfather, Antonio Jalón, who was already distilling spirits in Logroño around 1920. Currently, the distillery is located in Los Molinos, in the Community of Madrid, and continues the tradition using local raw materials and artisanal techniques.
Product types
The company primarily offers Gin Monti, a handcrafted London Dry Gin crafted in small batches with 15 natural botanicals and water from the Sierra de Guadarrama. It also offers tour and tasting experiences at the distillery, as well as special tastings and pairings with other products such as champagne, wines, and beers.
