Pioneers in Calamocha Domingo Pamplona, ​​founder of Jamones Casa Domingo was the pioneer in marketing Teruel ham in Calamocha, and the brand Jamones Casa Domingo has been one of the responsible for making Calamocha recognized throughout the country for the quality of its ham.


History
The company was founded in 1974 by Domingo Pamplona and Carmen Julve, and has been dedicated from the outset to the production and sale of hams and cured meats. In 1999, it received its first national quality award. In 2002, it built a new processing plant with a natural drying room and temperature control technology. In 2003, it became part of the Teruel Protected Designation of Origin. It has received several awards and recognitions, opened a tasting room in 2013, and opened a second store in 2015. In 2020, it received the "Commerce with a Star" award for its customer service.


Product types
It offers Teruel hams with the Protected Designation of Origin, Iberian acorn-fed and field-fed ham, Iberian cured meats (such as loin, chorizo, morcón, and salchichón), sheep cheeses, oils, saffron, preserves, sweets, pickles, snacks, ham holders and knives, as well as product bundles and packs. Highlights include Teruel DOP ham, Iberian acorn-fed ham, and Iberian acorn-fed loin.
