History
JR Sabater, SA was founded in 1976, beginning with the bottling of wine vinegar. In 1982, the vinegar manufacturing and packaging plant and a quality control laboratory were built in Cabezo de Torres, Murcia. Since then, the company has invested in technology and equipment, becoming a leader in the sector with a production capacity of 60 million liters. In 2004, a new plant was opened in Jerez de la Frontera, including a winery for vinegars with the Jerez Designation of Origin. In 2007, it began bottling Vinagre de Jerez Reserva and in 2008 obtained BRC and IFS certifications. In 2009, the company expanded its product range to include syrups and liquid caramels, and in 2010, it implemented modern technology for balsamic creams and syrups. The company continues to invest in innovation, human resources, and corporate social responsibility to maintain its leadership.
