Activity
Kombutxa is fermented tea. The first one elaborated, in an artisanal way, with water from the Pyrenees and 100% organic ingredients. This drink, sweet and sour at the same time, with natural carbonation, and with a thousand-year history of swords, has many health benefits. Highly detoxifying, it is rich in probiotics that help digestion and absorption of nutrients, free the body of toxins, cleanse the digestive system and activate immunity. Currently we make it with two flavors: ginger-apple and pomegranate-hibiscus. An ideal, and very healthy, substitute for soft drinks that can be taken alone or accompanied by fruit and vegetable juices.
History
The company began operating in Spain in 2015, driven by its founder's search for a personal health solution. Initially, kombucha was made in a home kitchen, later evolving to its own workshop and subsequently to a modern production facility in Mataró, Barcelona. They have been pioneers in the Spanish market, offering unpasteurized, room-stable kombucha with organic and food safety certifications. Over the years, they have expanded their product range, innovating in flavors and formats, and have been recognized with international awards.
