In 1982, Laboratorios Alcor became the property of the Montero family, focusing on products such as Dr. Manceau's Syrup, Denticelso, and Vitestable. In 2018, the Alicante group, which includes UbioQualityLife, acquired Laboratorios Alcor, remodeling the facilities and expanding its product range.

The company offers pharmaceutical specialties such as Doctor Manceau Syrup (laxative) and Denticelso (oral antiseptic), as well as a wide range of food supplements under the QLife brand (e.g., QLife Inmuno+, QLife Energy Multivitamin, Vitestable Complex, QLife Calcium+Magnesium, QLife Collagen, QLife Melatonin Forte, QLife Stop Stress, QLife Depure-Blod Plus, QLife Nattokinase, QLife Polycosanol-Pro, QLife Memory Forte, QLife CS-Free, among others).
