We have a cutting room where we make our products, a cold store, freezing tunnel and our own fleet of trucks that allows us to provide daily service to all our customers.

Mariano Valcárcel Fernández, founder of the company, began his professional career in the food sector in 1970 when he joined the company KOVO, S.A. from which he became Managing Director in 1975.
In 1986 he decided to start a new personal project forming his own company COMERCIAL VALCARCEL, S.A. specialized in the elaboration of cutting and distribution of fresh meat of poultry and eggs.
After almost 25 years of activity in which COMERCIAL VALCARCEL, S.A. a gap has been made in the sector due to the high quality of its products, in 2010 it changed its name giving way to the current MARIANO VALCARCEL FERNANDEZ maintaining the same philosophy and quality of work, equipment and human capital.
The company focuses its activity in Madrid and has its headquarters in the Industrial Park "Los Angeles" (Getafe) from which it serves the entire Community of Madrid.
