Ancestral flaked spring salt 150g

This is our most special product. It is obtained after a slow evaporation, typical of days that are not very hot and that register a certain environmental humidity. With a southerly wind or very light wind, the flakes are carefully collected when they have precipitated to the bottom of the salt beds. The collection has to be careful so as not to break the flakes. The mineral balance of this salt is perfect, especially rich in potassium, calcium and magnesium. Inside the cardboard box, the spring salt flakes are packaged in a glass jar, so that they remain intact and are kept in optimal condition. The packaging allows the salt flakes to be added to food directly with the fingers. In addition, we avoid contact of the product with plastics.
