History
The company has over half a century of family tradition in artisanal marzipan production. It was founded as Mazapanes Melibea SL in 2008, with the aim of maintaining and updating the tradition inherited from its grandparents, highlighting the quality and artisanal nature of its product. The company's name is inspired by its hometown and the literary character Melibea, representing the qualities that define its marzipans.

They offer a wide variety of artisan marzipan products, including: artisan marzipan, marzipan and egg yolk eels, marzipan delights, marzipan and egg yolk empanadas, marzipan ingots, marquesitas, almond paste, assorted assortments, egg yolks, almond soup, traditional buns, and marzipan jams filled with angel hair. They also offer gluten-, egg-, and lactose-free products.
