History

It was founded as Mazapanes Melibea SL in 2008, with the aim of maintaining and updating the tradition inherited from its grandparents, highlighting the quality and artisanal nature of its product. The company's name is inspired by its hometown and the literary character Melibea, representing the qualities that define its marzipans.
