Oído Cocina Gourmet was born from its founder, chef Cristina Comenge,'s passion for cooking and desire to offer high-quality croquettes. The company has evolved by combining artisanal and industrial processes to ensure product consistency and quality, expanding its distribution throughout Spain and adapting its offering to the needs of the HORECA sector.
Product types
The company offers a wide variety of gourmet croquettes in more than 16 flavors, including Iberian chorizo, Iberian ham, cod, black truffle, seafood, candied leek, creamed spinach, curried chicken, and vegan options. It also sells other appetizers such as tequeños, mini San Jacobos, mini cachopos, Villaroy chicken breasts, and mini rolls with shrimp, vegetables, and oxtail.
