Oleoestepa's Hojiblanca single-varietal extra virgin olive oil comes from olives of the queen variety in the region of the Estepa Protected Designation of Origin, marking its uniqueness. Harvested early and cold extracted, the result is an oil with a very fresh aroma, with a fruity green olive reminiscent of fresh grass, and a green olive leaf flavor with hints of apple and artichoke. Very fresh yet delicate with elegant bitterness and spiciness. It has the certification of sustainable cultivation of Integrated Production and the high quality certified by the DOP Estepa. Thanks to its high quality and composition rich in polyphenols and oleocanthal, it has a high content of vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage. Recommended use to eat raw, season cooked vegetables, grilled and marinated fish. Features

  • The entire oil extraction process from fresh and healthy olives is carried out below 27ºC, which allows its organoleptic properties to remain unchanged.
  • Early harvest extra virgin olive oil has exceptional organoleptic characteristics: more powerful flavor and truly spectacular fruitiness. In addition, it normally has lower acidity and peroxide levels (they measure the degree of oxidation) and has a higher concentration of polyphenols and natural antioxidants, therefore, a healthier oil.
