Oleoestepa Ecológico is an extra virgin olive oil from organic farming, with an organoleptic profile that stands out for its predominant fruitiness of green olives over the fruitiness of ripe olives. It also has sensory notes that remind us of green almonds, vegetables such as artichokes, freshly cut grass and green olive leaves. Its entry into the mouth is sweet with a slight bitterness and spiciness, resulting in a very balanced and harmonious result. It has the certification of sustainable cultivation of Organic Production and the high quality certified by the DOP Estepa. Thanks to its high quality and composition rich in polyphenols and oleocanthal, it has a high content of vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage. Recommended use as an accompaniment to green salads, fresh cheeses and cold soups. Oleoestepa is a leading cooperative producer of high-quality extra virgin olive oil certified by the most demanding and prestigious Protected Designation of Origin, the DOP Estepa, located in Andalusia, Spain. Oleoestepa brings together the efforts of 19 associated cooperatives and their more than 7,500 olive-growing families to sustainably produce the best extra virgin olive oil from its more than 8 million olive trees. Since its creation in 1986, Oleoestepa has won prestigious quality awards year after year, becoming the most awarded brand of extra virgin olive oil. Due to its excellence, olive-growing tradition and respect for the environment, we are looking at a truly extraordinary extra virgin olive oil.
