Activity
Pa Solà is dedicated to the artisanal production of bread, without additives and using sourdough, aimed primarily at the hospitality sector.
History
Pa Solà dates back to 1615 in Sant Boi de Lluçanès, Barcelona, where the Can Solà farmhouse was built with the town's first wood-fired oven. Over the centuries, the Solà family has maintained the baking tradition, even expanding to Brazil. In the 1970s, the company established its presence in Argentona, Barcelona, and began collaborating with prestigious restaurants. In 2003, a new generation joined the business, maintaining its family-run feel. In 2015, they moved their workshop to Cabrera de Mar, improving their production methods.
Product types
Pa Solà offers a wide variety of baked goods, including "barrots," sandwiches, "cocas," sweets, loaves, rolls, snacks, and "reminis."
