Recommendation for use Se recomienda servir la botella a 10°C. Producto no filtrado, con el tiempo tiende a reposar parte de sus propiedades en el fondo de la botella. Antes de abrir, se recomienda poner la botella boca abajo y agitarla para homonogeneizar la sagardoa. El vaso, para obtener la máxima expresión de la sagardoa, debe ser ancho y fino. A la hora de servir se aconseja levantar ligeramente la botella para que la sagardoa golpee el cristal del vaso y seguidamente degustar sus propiedades. Una vez abierta, se recomienda tomarla en un tiempo corto y poner el corcho para conservar la frescura de la sagardoa.
