History
The company has over four decades of family experience in the sector, consolidated by the Torá family of Orihuela, especially Francisco Torá Diaz. It pioneered the introduction of smoked fish, such as smoked salmon, in the 1980s and began exporting products such as smoked swordfish to Italy in the 1990s. Today, the second generation of the family continues the tradition.
Product types
It offers a wide range of smoked fish, including Norwegian smoked salmon, smoked cod, smoked tuna, smoked swordfish, smoked marlin, smoked sardines, Chilean smoked salmon, smoked trout, smoked herring, and smoked salad in various presentations. It also produces traditional salted fish such as tuna mojama, ling roe, mullet roe, tuna roe, salted cod, salted ling, salted bonito, aired viscera, capellans, and specialties such as anchovies in vinegar.
