Arzúa Ulloa, Bama, Merco, Punteiro, Ulla Val

History
The company was founded by a family with a long tradition of cheesemaking in central Galicia, between the Ulla and Tambre rivers. It began as a family business that evolved from the artisanal production of one or two cheeses a day to industrialization in 1987, when they processed 300 liters of milk per day. They currently process 78,000 liters daily, adapting to changes in Galician livestock farming and collaborating with local cooperatives to ensure the quality of their raw materials.

Product types
The company primarily produces cheeses with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), including Queixo Arzúa-Ulloa DOP and Queixo Tetilla DOP. Both cheeses are made with pasteurized cow's milk and have received several awards at Galician competitions. They market their products under the BAMA and ULLA VAL brands.

Mission
The company's goal is to maintain the highest quality of its cheeses through continuous improvement of processes and products, a commitment to innovation and sustainability, and adapting to market needs without losing its traditional essence.
