Salgüero white wine bottle 0.75 L Orange Wine

Salgüero Blanco 2019 is a wine for aging made with 100% Albillo Mayor grapes from Baños de Valdearados, in the Ribera del Duero region. Its vinification includes skin fermentation in open barrels and 27 months of aging in French oak barrels previously used for red and Oloroso wines, complemented by a month and a half in clay jars. With a clean and bright amber color, it presents aromas of ripe fruit, nuts, smoke, and spices, while on the palate it is fresh, full-bodied, and surprising, with elegant acidity. Perfect with nuts, smoked or raw fish, and soft cheeses, this wine stands out for its unique character and its limited production of 1,029 bottles.
