Salgüero Tinto 2018 is a 100% organic Tempranillo from the Salgüero estate. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it is aged for four and a half months in clay jars and 15 months in French oak barrels. Deep red in color, it combines aromas of fresh black fruit and complex aging notes. On the palate, it is elegant, with soft tannins and a balanced mid-palate. Perfect with game meats, stews, and beets, this is an exclusive wine with 4,412 bottles produced.
