Pradorey Cuvee Premium 2021 is a wine made with 95% Tempranillo and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon from Ribera del Duero. After controlled fermentation at 27°C with native yeasts and malolactic fermentation in tanks, it ages for 10 months in used French (60%) and American (40%) oak barrels. Nazarene red in color with bluish reflections, it presents aromas of ripe fruit, spices, balsamic, and toasted notes. On the palate, it is sweet, long, and balanced. Perfect with roasted meats, game, and cured cheeses, it is ideal for enjoying every day with great elegance.
