El Buen Alfarero 2018 is an artisanal wine for aging, made with 90% Tempranillo and 10% Albillo Mayor grapes from plot 114 of the Hoyo Dornajo estate. Traditionally pressed and fermented in centuries-old clay jars, it is aged for 9 months and 17 days in these jars. Violet-red in color with bluish hues, it stands out for its intense aromas of red and black fruits, and an elegant, fresh palate with velvety tannins. Ideal with foie gras, smoked fish, cheeses, and red fruits; only 1,904 bottles were produced.
