El Cuentista 2021 is a 100% Tempranillo Elite Selection Blanc de Noirs, made with plant-based fining agents to reduce the color of the must and transform it into a white wine. Its six-month aging in European oak barrels on white grape lees gives it complexity and freshness. Pale yellow, clean, and bright, it presents aromas of white fruits and flowers, with balsamic touches and fresh oak. On the palate, it is silky, balanced, and persistent. Perfect with brothy rice dishes, nuts, and desserts such as foie gras bonbons, this is an exclusive wine with only 7,395 bottles produced.
