History
The company has thirty years of experience in the smoked food sector. Since its inception, it has trained with Norwegian master smokers and developed its own techniques, becoming a pioneer in Spain in the use of cold friction smoking. Its plant is located in Sant Jaume dels Domenys, Tarragona, and is part of the Ahumados Mediterráneos group, along with Benfumat.


Product types
It offers a wide range of smoked products and derivatives, highlighting salmon, cod, tuna, trout, octopus, swordfish, anchovies, and duck. Highlights include smoked salmon in various forms, smoked cod, smoked tuna, smoked trout, as well as a variety of smoked products and derivatives such as roe and blinis.
