History
A decade ago, Rooftop Smokehouse began on a Barcelona rooftop, where a group of friends began smoking products using traditional methods. Since then, they have maintained their commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and the adaptation of ancient techniques to a modern mindset. They currently have a physical store in the Lehmann Factory in Barcelona's Eixample district.
Product types
The company offers a wide range of smoked products (such as pastrami, butter, trout, eel, bacon, duck breast, cheddar, anchovies, whitebait, olives, and smoked caviar), fermented products (kimchi, sauerkraut), pickles (gherkins, piparra peppers), beer mustard, smoked oils, gift boxes, and merchandise. Highlights include pastrami, smoked butter, smoked trout, kimchi, and beer mustard.
