SIDRA JR

The LLAGAR SIDRA JR was founded by the Rodríguez family at the beginning of the last century (in the year 1910, approximately). D. Fermín Amador Rodríguez was the last member of the Rodríguez family to be in charge of the mill and after his death, they sold it to Juan José Tomás Pidal, who had started working on it from an early age. Juan José is the current owner of the cider mill, who makes this cider combining tradition and modernity. The generational change, over the years, would provide them with wisdom and they would adapt to the new times, always looking for the best and most modern advances available to benefit the quality of the product. Thanks to the good management of this winery over the years, Sidra JR has earned a privileged position among regular consumers of this exceptional drink, emblematic of our region, which is cider. The MARKETING of our products is carried out through local businesses/cider houses, as well as local and regional stores. We manufacture two REFERENCES, JR Green Label cider, it is a natural, simple cider, with a fresh aroma and a very soft mouthfeel; and Cider JR Black Label (designation of origin), a complex cider with an intense aroma and a very balanced entry in the mouth.
