The Union of Ranch Cooperatives of the Axarquía (UCOPAXA) was established in 1980, bringing together eight cooperatives and 700 associated farmers from the Axarquía region of Málaga. In 1996, a new section was created for the production of muscatel wines.

It offers Muscat of Alexandria raisins with the Málaga Designation of Origin, presented in various formats and capacities. It also produces and markets Muscat wines under the brands "El Pasero," "Dama de la Viña," "Monte Faco," and "Vermut Monte Faco," including sweet wine, natural sweet wine, dry Muscat, and vermouth.
