History
Vega e Hijos began its operations in 1972 in a small factory in El Castillo de las Guardas, Seville. In 1975, it moved its facilities to San José de la Rinconada, where it continues to operate. The company contributed to the resurgence of goat farming in Andalusia, working with more than 2,600 farmers. Currently, milk is collected through cooperatives and its own centers, facilitating the production of fresh cheeses.
Product types
The company offers a wide range of cheeses, highlighting fresh cheese made with cow's and goat's milk, without preservatives. They also produce soft goat's cheeses, semi-cured cheeses, and cured cheeses. All their products are characterized by their quality and adherence to traditional processes.
Mission
Vega e Hijos' purpose is to protect nature, producing high-quality cheeses without preservatives or additives, respecting tradition and the environment, with the goal of leaving a sustainable and healthy legacy for the future.
