Bodega Oloron is a winery located in Alaró, Mallorca, dedicated to wine production. Its main activity focuses on the production of high-quality wines, integrating innovative architectural design and sustainability into its production process, while respecting the island's natural environment.
History
The winery was conceived as a Swedish family project, motivated by a love for Mallorca and a desire to honor the land and its traditions. The winery's design, designed by architect Rafael Vidal and wine expert Riccardo Cotarella, is notable for being completely buried underground to minimize environmental impact and preserve the local landscape.
Product types
The company produces different types of wines, including: Atrevido (Chardonnay), El Sàvi (Callet Viognier), Damas de Palma (Callet), Llágrima Denera, Cabrit i Bassa (Cabernet Sauvignon), Sant Roc (Tempranillo), Vol Lliure and Tauleras (100% Chardonnay, traditional method sparkling).
