In 1973, the company transitioned from artisanal to industrial production. In 1994, the founder's sons joined, promoting a new distribution strategy. In 2009, a new brand project was launched. Between 2016 and 2019, the company expanded its range with creams and pastry products and modernized its logistics. In 2022, it became part of the Benetton Group, strengthening its international presence.
