Auditori Red Wine by Acustic Celler bottle 75 cl DO Montsant, ECO

A wine made with 100% Garnacha Negra, which provides finesse, fruitiness, aromas, and complexity, from magical vines between 70 and 90 years old. The soils are poor, stony, and feature a combination of clay, sand, pebbles, and slate (licorella). Made with great respect for the grape, we seek the varietal expression of these native varieties by macerating the wine for approximately 15 days. The wine is then matured in French oak barrels with very light toasting for 12 months. The wine is neither filtered nor clarified to preserve its purest identity.
