Notes of stewed black fruit, liquorice, balsamic, mineral notes linked to the limestone soil, menthol, Mediterranean scrub, cocoa and spices (pepper and cinnamon). On the palate, it has a sweet entrance, good freshness due to the balsamic, good body, tasty, weight of black fruit, abundant but noble tannin. Retronasal that evokes the Mediterranean character.
