Cherry red colour, with high intensity. Intense and coloured tears. Notes of stewed black fruit, liquorice, balsamic, mineral notes linked to the limestone soil, menthol, Mediterranean scrub, cocoa and spices (pepper and cinnamon). On the palate, it has a sweet entrance, good freshness due to the balsamic, good body, tasty, weight of black fruit, abundant but noble tannin. Retronasal that evokes the Mediterranean character.
