In 1997, the Rosa de los Vientos brand was created, and in 2000, agreements were signed with Europastry and the Yaya María brand was marketed in Alicante and Valencia. In recent years, the company has expanded its own manufacturing operations with Idella Bakery and Pastealacant, and currently has national distribution and exports outside the European Union.
