- A careful selection of the best free-range Iberian pigs. After cutting, it is followed by a salting and curing process in the brand's natural cellars in the Huelva town of Jabugo. This area, declared a Natural Park and UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, produces the slow and careful curing of each of the pieces, which allows it to acquire a color, aroma and flavor.

Conservation
Conservation Store in a cool, dry place. Preferably between 5 and 10 ºC. Once the container is opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 30 days.
