Features
- A careful selection of the best free-range Iberian pigs. After cutting up, the meat is then cured and salted in the brand's natural cellars in the town of Jabugo, Huelva. This area, declared a Natural Park and a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, is where each piece is cured slowly and carefully, allowing it to acquire its colour, aroma and flavour.
