Conservation
Conservation Acorn shoulder: Keep the whole pieces in a cool, dry place. Salchichón and acorn-fed chorizo: Store in a cool, dry place. Once the container is opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 30 days.
Recommendation for use Paleta de bellota: Consumo directo sin limitaciones en cuanto al tipo de consumidor, salvo prescripción médica. Cortar en finas lonchas. Consumir sin retirar la cobertura exterior (piel y grasa). Salchichón de bellota: Consumir sin retirar la tripa exterior. Chorizo de bellota: Puede emplearse crudo, asado, frito o en guisos. Producto RTE (listo para el consumo). Consumir sin retirar la tripa exterior. Orear unas horas antes de su consumo.
