• A careful selection of the finest free-range Iberian pigs. After butchering, the pig is salted and cured in the brand's natural cellars in Jabugo, Huelva. This area, declared a UNESCO Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve, undergoes a slow and careful curing of each pig, allowing it to acquire its color, aroma, and flavor.
