Ancestral Flaked Spring Salt 150g

This is our most special product. It is obtained through slow evaporation, typical of days with a moderate level of humidity. With a southerly or very light wind, the flakes are carefully collected after they have settled to the bottom of the salt pans. The collection must be careful not to break the flakes. The mineral balance of this salt is perfect, especially rich in potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Inside the cardboard box, the spring fleur de sel flakes are packaged in a glass jar to keep them intact and in optimal condition. The packaging allows the salt flakes to be added directly to food with your fingers. Furthermore, we avoid contact between the product and plastics.
