Oleoestepa Selección is a blend of olive varieties grown in the Estepa Protected Designation of Origin region, harvested early and processed cold, resulting in an oil with a fruity green olive flavor and hints of ripe olives, very fresh and delicate at the same time. It has an aroma of freshly cut fresh grass, with pleasant notes of green almonds (alloza). On the palate it has a taste of fresh grass, green olive leaves, apple with hints of green almonds, an elegant balance of bitterness and spiciness. It has the certification of sustainable cultivation of Integrated Production and the high quality certified by the Estepa DOP. Thanks to its high quality and composition rich in polyphenols and oleocanthal, it has a high content of vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.
