Oleoestepa's Hojiblanca single-variety extra virgin olive oil comes from olives of the queen variety in the Estepa Protected Designation of Origin region, marking its uniqueness. Harvested early and cold-pressed, the oil has a very fresh aroma, with a green olive fruitiness reminiscent of fresh grass, and a green olive leaf flavour with hints of apple and artichoke. Very fresh and delicate at the same time with an elegant bitterness and spiciness. It has the certification of sustainable cultivation of Integrated Production and the high quality certified by the Estepa DOP. Thanks to its high quality and composition rich in polyphenols and oleocanthal, it has a high content of vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage. Recommended for use raw, as a dressing for cooked vegetables, grilled fish and marinades. Features

  • The entire process of extracting oil from fresh, healthy olives is carried out below 27ºC, which allows its organoleptic properties to remain unchanged.
  • Extra virgin olive oil from early harvest has exceptional organoleptic characteristics: a more powerful flavour and a truly spectacular fruitiness. In addition, it usually has lower acidity and peroxide levels (which measure the degree of oxidation) and a higher concentration of polyphenols and natural antioxidants, making it a healthier oil.
