On the palate, a complex sensation of evergreen nuances, with a very balanced spiciness and bitterness. It has been the subject of numerous national and international awards since its launch, its highest quality being recognised by the International Olive Committee, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment and Expoliva, among others. It has the sustainable cultivation certification of Integrated Production and the high quality certified by the Estepa PDO. Thanks to its high quality and composition rich in polyphenols and oleocanthal, it has a high content of vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.
